★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van de deurdranger, een TS5000, was na anderhalf jaar de glijstang al stuk (asje afgebroken). Helaas is de garantie 12 maanden ookal zou je verwachten dat zo'n dranger langer mee moet gaan. Check je de website, dan staat er "bel ons voor reserve-onderdelen en staan je graag bij voor service". Vervolgens bel je dat nummer voor een nieuw glijblokje, krijg je te horen dat ze je niet helpen en dat ik niet bij hen moest zijn want ze leveren alleen via ijzerwarenbedrijven. Dat kan, maar nemen vervolgens nog geeneens de moeite om aan te geven waar je wel moet zijn.
 The sliding bar of the door closer, a TS5000, was already broken after a year and a half (axle broken). Unfortunately, the warranty is 12 months even though you would expect such a closer to last longer. If you check the website, it says "call us for spare parts and we are happy to assist you for service". Then you call that number for a new sliding block, you are told that they cannot help you and that I should not be with them because they only deliver through hardware companies. You can, but then don't even bother to indicate where you should be.
