K	Kevin_view on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They saved my bird. I took both of my cockatiels to this place after a miss diagnose by my local vet. On the way there, one of my birds died. I was in shock, but the other bird was still alive. She needed treatment as soon as possible. When I got there I broke down in tears but they helped me calm down and were very understanding. They took the other bird into their care for a small week and kept calling me every day about her status. Turned out she had a lead poisoning of 3.5 (7 times higher then the normal amount). They make you deicide what treatments you want for the birds over phone. They give multiple options with price and everything. Tofu is now back in her cage and is whistling again, being active and chilling with her new friend taco. We are super happy with the treatment. Yes you pay a lot of money, but you can be damn sure that they treat your bird a 5 star stay. If any animal I have gets seriously sick, I will always return here. I hope for you however that you never have to go here :P but if you have to this is the place to go!

Kira was in a very poor condition, and they could not do much for her to get over it. However, they did as much as it could be done, and helped me to take the best, and most painful, decision for her to stop suffering. I hope not to be there ever again, but if one day I need it, I'll feel that my pet is in the best hands it can be. Never miss a chance to tell your pets how much do you love them. You never know which is the last.

The doctor, who is the only veterinary doctor to perform procedures on parrots on a 200 km radius of my city, stayed for 1-2 h after his working hours to wait for me to drive to Utrecht from Groningen for an emergency with my parrot. He performed the necessary procedure quickly and my parrot recovered nicely. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke English very well. I definitely recommend this clinic.
L	Lusiana Cornei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good feedback so far. I wrote them two emails to get a cost estimate for a full medical screening, I never received any reply back. Not even a confirmation that they received my messages. I guess the eervices don't come cheap so for someone asking lots of money they should be more client focused. So first interaction with them is not a good one, I'm thinking to give my money to another more serious clinic. What a shame!

Every day I would get a call on how he was doing and what were there following steps. I could also see him from a local camera, which help me a lot to go through the hard moment. ICU people and cardiologist Alma are amazing.
