★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altijd lang wachten, assistentes aan de telefoon zijn onvriendelijk, tonen geen enkel begrip, zijn niet flexibel. Afspraak voor een kind te maken duurt zo 3 weken voor je terecht kan.
Schaamteloze organisatie!
Always a long wait, assistants on the phone are unfriendly, show no understanding, are not flexible. Making an appointment for a child takes about 3 weeks before you can go.
Shameless organization!

Totaal niet begaand met zijn clienten.
Mijn zus heeft meerdere slechte ervaringen gehad met hem helaas..
Jammer dat er zo omgegaan word met mensen die hulp nodig hebben.
mr. O.I.M. Gerats very bad doctor.
Totally disinterested in his clients.
My sister has had several bad experiences with him unfortunately..
It's a shame that people who need help are treated this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het blijft gek dat je voor 14.00 moet bellen om een afspraak te maken. Anders kom je er gewoon niet doorheen. Corona en gedoe snap ik. Maar organiseer het dan anders. Mensen moeten ook gewoon werken. Niet iedereen werkt thuis.
It's still crazy that you have to call before 14.00 to make an appointment. Otherwise you just won't get through. Corona and hassle I understand. But then organize it differently. People just have to work. Not everyone works from home.
