Burundi or tanzania has a better service than this place. They have no clue of what a doctor and medical threatment is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, communication is not clear, irresponsible, when I go there to bring my test sample, they tell me to leave, without asking me earlier; and when I bring sample after 4 pm which they said it was ok to do so, then they say it’s too late!! Bad service, not conscious of other people’s time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been registered at this center for 7 years now and I must say these people are complete A-holes. Doctor herself is a very nice person but the administration is super weak. Over the course of last years the administration has treated me like a trash bag. Recently, I got appointment for 8.30am and upon arriving they told me that doctor in practice (not my doctor but a student) cannot help me because he is not skilled enough, after that they said all other doctors are full for today (was Friday, next possible day was Money).
Staff has no empathy whatsoever. I managed to move to another clinic to save myself the pain but funny thing is that they did not send my medication record to new clinic so I pretty much lost 7 years of medical history with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don't get why previously people just gave 1 star. The team was very nice! And everything worked out well, quick and easy.
They gave me an appointment at the same day. What else could I ask for?!
The only thing is that the second entrance is very hard to find as there is no sign ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's impossible to even book an appointment. Lack of doctors, lack of assistants and they have switched online providers 3 times in the las 3 years.
Looking for a new practice.

Our huisart is really nice and send to hospital/specialist when needed
