We betalen een medische verzekering, maar toch is de aandacht hier alsof ze ons een plezier doen. Artsen lijken haast te hebben om het consult van 2 minuten af ​​te ronden. My worst experience I've ever had with a GP. 1. GP and receptionists are always rude and passive aggressive. 2. GP never is thorough with their examination of me and definitely not caring about my experience 3. Not taken seriously and always rushed to finish up the appointment so I'm never at ease 4. Every time I speak english they continue speaking in dutch until I correct them. Overall do not register to this GP, you won't be cared for.

READ BEFORE GOING: Horrible horrible doctors. It’s a shame that those whose job is to help you, end up making you feel like it’s not worth getting help whatsoever. 1)Each time I went in, the session went like a speed-run. 2)They won’t let you talk about your issues in a calm peaceful environment. 3)You are not allowed to talk about more than 1-2 things at a time and have to be going in CONSTANTLY for "more time". 4)The prices are outrageous. €60 per appointment if you spend more than 20 minutes talking.(The time they spend not talking, typing and printing your referral included) 5)When you talk you're just describing what you already think you have to them aka self-diagnosing because there’s no way they could help you if you showed them where it hurts. 6)The time I went in for a slipping rib I was completely invalidated and told nothing was wrong.(Misdiagnosed and brushed aside) 7)The next time a different doctor found a rib slipping but never gave me a proper diagnosis.(Refused to refer me for further testing that is necessary to diagnose SRS) 8)You feel like you can’t trust them with your health. 9)They don’t do a thorough check to properly diagnose you and instead treat you like an object. 10)They are rude and almost always passive aggressive-I had a doctor laugh in my face while overlooking my issues. 11)You feel awkward speaking English and feel unwelcome as a foreigner. They probably care less because you're not Dutch and aren’t a permanent resident. It’s almost like they’re all xenophobic. 12)There’s music playing in the waiting room at all times which many will find uncomfortable especially at 7 in the morning. *Don’t waste your time coming here, you're better off helpless.*

I call them to make an appointment and they made with the assistant and after she check up she said she don’t know why i have pain! She can not do anything ! I still have pain but dnt know should i go or not! What to do? Very disappointing!

I was really unhappy with the way I was treated by both the reception staff and Doctor Chan. After around 4 minutes, I tried to talk to Dr Chan about a second health concern I was having, at which point she simply held open the door and told me that I only have 10 minutes in which to ask one question only. She assured me that this was the way things are done in the Netherlands. I am new to this country so, whilst I was shocked at being so rudely ejected from her office, assumed this was just Dutch directness in action. I have since confirmed with Dutch natives that this is abnormal and unheard of. When I called to book a second appointment I asked to see a different doctor, the receptionist was totally uninterested in my feedback and did not even address it. I do not blame people for becoming numb to the emotions and needs of their customers over time, and I understand that these can be difficult jobs. Therefore this is not supposed to serve as a character assassination. But for those who care about being treated well, fairly, and kindly, there are so many other GPs to choose from.

What a horrible place and incompetent doctor, luckily it was the last time as i immediately changed my GP after today's incident. This woman has no medical knowledge whatsoever and advised me to take a combination of paracetamol with ibuprofen for the bacterial strep throat where i could barely eat, breath and was suffering from 40 degrees fever. Luckily I still had some antibiotics from my previous bacterial strep through so i could help myself, but I will file a complaint no matter how much effort and money i need to spend. This is outrageous that people like her are called in this country - doctors!
