β β β β β De receptionisten zijn heel onbeschoft aan de telefoon. Luisteren totaal niet naar je hulpvraag. Geven antwoord alsof het ze niet interesseert en je niet willen helpen, terwijl je duidelijk aangeeft dat je pijn hebt.
Vreselijke huisartspraktijk met ongeΓ―nteresseerde stagiaires aan de balie.
 The receptionists are very rude on the phone. Do not listen at all to your request for help. Respond as if they don't care and don't want to help you, while clearly indicating that you are in pain.
Terrible GP practice with disinterested interns at the desk.

β β β β β Vooral niet kiezen voor deze huisartsenpraktijk! Dokters die totaal NIET gekwalificeerd zijn! Een afspraak gemaakt ivm schouderklachten. Na 5 vragen kreeg ik een apothekersrecept voor pijnstillers en spiergel. Gevraagd of de dokter wilde kijken, want deze vragen kon ik ook via de telefoon beantwoorden. Krijg je een arrogant antwoord als: Zo kijken wij hier naar de patienten
Do not opt ββfor this general practice! Doctors who are NOT qualified at all! Made an appointment for shoulder complaints. After 5 questions I was given a pharmacy prescription for pain killers and muscle gel. Asked if the doctor wanted to see, because I could also answer these questions over the phone. You get an arrogant answer like: This is how we look at the patients here

β β β β β My friend is a patient here and she experienced discrimination while simply waiting in the lobby. This is a serious problem and says a lot about the people working in this practice.

β β β β β The best dentists in Amsterdam are here. I had many problems with doctors and dentists in the Netherlands; misdiagnoses, accidents, medical errors are common in the Netherlands.
I am patient of dentist orthodontist Yusuf. He knows what heβs doing. I am having orthodontics treatment ( an awful dentist did a wrong treatment and then they had to pull my teeth, after that my tooth order was changed badly)
I thought it will hurt a lot but it didnβt at all. I changed a lot of dentists before, my siblings did as well, we went to many Dutch, German, Italian dentists and with each of them we had many unchangeable problems.
This is my first review in google but I wanted to write how good this place is after reading here that few people experienced unfortunate things. I read one personβs friend felt discriminated in the waiting room, I never have experienced such a thing from any person who works there. They were all very helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
We changed our dentists to Sanitas more than a year ago with my siblings and with our friends and we are all very satisfied and finally happy with treatments.

β β β β β People who work here are discriminating others by their level of Dutch and even dare to ask why they do not speak good Dutch OR only Dutch. How on earth you are not speaking English? Could be a better question to it maybe. Only strange that they have this kind of attitude to someone who asks for help on the phone.
