A large gang, unjustified debt files, employees who work alongside each other, work via the earnings model, forgery, etc etc.

Wanneer je ondertussen voorafgaand aan de veiling probeert te bellen krijgt het personeel de veiling niet eens gevonden. Geen aanrader. GGN has the auction canceled 2 minutes before the start. In the meantime, if you try to call before the auction, the staff will not even find the auction. Not recommended.

Telefonisch werd toegezegd dat er 7 euro naheffingskosten afgetrokken zouden wordt ivm versturen van de boete naar verkeerd adres. Achteraf moest deze 7 euro toch betaald worden mét 60 euro extra kosten erbij! Toen ik het uit wilde leggen, en vroeg om een kopie van de gestuurde boetes, werd ik uitgescholden door de heer Brouwer en weigerde hij de kopieen te mailen. De exacte woorden waren "dit ga ik gewoon niet doen, daar heb ik geen zin in". Schandalig! Zeer, zeer asociale medewerkers en uiteindelijk krijg ik een melding dat mijn woning wordt binnengetreden als ik niet betaal (voor het openstaande bedrag van 7 euro!). Outrageous how people are treated. It was promised by telephone that 7 euros of additional tax costs would be deducted due to sending the fine to the wrong address. Afterwards this 7 euro had to be paid with an additional 60 euro extra costs! When I wanted to explain it, and asked for a copy of the fines sent, I was called by Mr Brouwer and he refused to mail the copies. The exact words were "I'm just not going to do this, I'm not in the mood". Scandalous! Very, very anti-social employees and eventually I get a message that my home will be entered if I do not pay (for the outstanding amount of 7 euros!).

B	Bibbi Rubart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vind alle incasso's nare manier van werken hebben maar natuurlijk heeft dat hun redenen hoe kwader ze je hoe meer brieven ze kunnen sturen en alleen die tikken al goed aan wat mij wel opviel was de review van de heer Hans Verbruggen excuses als ik de naam fout typ maar deze meneer is heel duidelijk in zijn taal dat er valsheid in geschriften oplichting ect ik ga er vanuit dan meneer hier bijwijs van heeft en niet zomaar beschuldingen rond gooit ben dus wel erg geïnteresseerd in deze uitlatingen en ook of hier werk van heeft gemaakt I think all collections have a nasty way of working, but of course that has their reasons the angrier they send you the more letters they can send and they just tick well what struck me was the review by Mr Hans Verbruggen apologies if I got the name wrong type but this gentleman is very clear in his language that there is forgery fraud ect I assume that the gentleman has guidance from this and does not just throw accusations around so I am very interested in these statements and also whether this has worked
M	Meh Blabla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sta al dik half uur in de wacht.. geen keuze menu of wat dan ook. Ineens zeggen ze dat ik terug gebeld wil worden.. uhh nee dat heb ik niet aangegeven. Je hebt niet eens een keuze menu! Enigste wat ik hoor is af en toe een piep.. Been on hold for over half an hour .. no choice menu or whatever. Suddenly they say that I want to be called back .. uhh no I did not indicate that. You don't even have a menu to choose from! All I hear is a beep every now and then.
