Na wekenlang aangemeld geweest te zijn door mijn huisarts hebben ze pas contact opgenomen.
2 gemiste oproepen ontvangen. Vervolgens als je terug beld krijg je constant een antwoordapparaat
Reageren op e-mails doen ze niet. Uiteindelijk iemand te pakken gekregen van GGZ in balans ze zouden me dezelfde dag bellen om 16.30
Dit is niet gebeurd.
Inmiddels een maand bezig met alleen een aanmelding dit is schandalig.
Mensen die bij een GGZ instelling werken verwaarlozen hun cliënten waarvan ik kan zeggen dat het ook patiënten zijn die met zorg en aandacht benaderd moeten worden.
ABSOLUUT JEZELF NIET AANMELDEN HIER IS MIJN ADVIES!!
SCANDALOUS
After having been registered by my doctor for weeks, they only contacted me.
Receive 2 missed calls. Then when you call back you will constantly receive an answering machine
They do not respond to e-mails. Eventually someone got hold of GGZ in balance they would call me the same day at 16.30
This did not happen.
Meanwhile one month busy with only one registration this is outrageous.
People who work at a GGZ institution neglect their clients which I can say are also patients who need to be approached with care and attention.
ABSOLUTELY DON'T SIGN YOURSELF HERE IS MY ADVICE !!
