Tevens is het geld nog niet geretourneerd. Ik ben hier totaal niet over te spreken. Bestel hier niet! My return order was delivered a month ago to Ghalia Home. No response to emails and voicemail messages to date. In addition, the money has not yet been returned. I am totally unhappy about this. Do not order here!

Ze kijken nog voor een grotere plafondplaat, dan is het helemaal goed. My lamp arrived with us within the expected 21 days. Very satisfied with the result, it hangs beautifully. They are still looking for a larger ceiling plate, then it is all right.

Puis aucune réponse à mes mails ou coups de téléphone. Après introduction d'un litige auprès de Paypal, on me propose le modèle plus grand moyennant encore 35€ de plus. On me demande d'attendre encore et encore prétextant que c'est une petite entreprise familiale. (En fait, assez longtemps pour que je ne puisse plus transformer mon litige chez Paypal en Réclamation).Après introduction d'une réclamation auprès de Paypal, la firme ne répond plus. Arnaque !!! Je publie un avis sur le site mais il doit être validé par un administrateur de la firme. Autant dire qu'il ne sera jamais approuvé. The lamp was never supplied! The firm never reimbursed me for the € 179. The delivery time greatly exceeded (2 months), I had no information. Then no response to my emails or phone calls. After introducing a dispute with Paypal, I am offered the larger model for an additional € 35 more. I am asked to wait again and again on the pretext that it is a small family business. (In fact, long enough for me to no longer be able to transform my dispute at Paypal into a Complaint). After filing a complaint with Paypal, the firm no longer responds. Scam !!! I publish a notice on the site but it must be validated by an administrator of the firm. Suffice to say that it will never be approved.

Tot op heden nog geen vloerkleed ontvangen. Telefonisch zijn ze niet meer te bereiken en op e-mails wordt ook niet meer gereageerd. Ik raad mensen af om bij dit bedrijf te bestellen. Het is een ramp. Ordered a carpet in July 2019 and paid 199 euros. A lamp was supplied instead of a carpet. Sent this back and received a backorder. No carpet received to date. They can no longer be reached by telephone and e-mails are no longer responded to. I do not recommend people to order from this company. It's a disaster.

Er waren, volgens een mail, problemen met het transport vanuit Egypte. Even laten rusten en vervolgens weer een mail gestuurd, geen antwoord. Opnieuw een mail, weer geen antwoord. Telefoon wordt niet beantwoord, op andere berichten wordt niet gereageerd. Daarna toch maar eens kijken bij de reviews: dit is de standaard manier van handelen..... incasseren en onder water verdwijnen..... kortom, oplichters!! Zero stars don't seem to be possible .... What a bunch of scammers !!!! Ordered and paid for a lamp more than 2 months ago and not yet received anything. There were, according to an email, problems with transport from Egypt. Let it rest for a while and then sent another email, no answer. Another email, again no answer. Phone is not answered, other messages are not answered. Then take a look at the reviews: this is the standard way of dealing ..... collect and disappear under water ..... in short, scammers !!

Shipped neatly. Was too big. Sent back. We are 5 months later but still no money back disturbed. Bunch on lighters
