★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb mijn Giant fiets gekocht bij Marco’s Giant Store in Maastricht en daar ging ik ook voor service naar toe. Uitzonderlijk vaak had ik een lekke band die door de winkel werd ‘gerepareerd’. Omdat het zo vaak gebeurde, heb ik nog gevraagd om te kijken wat er aan de hand kon zijn; dit was niet normaal meer. Mij werd verteld dat alles in orde was en dat het toeval was. Bij de 4e of 5e keer was ik mijn vertrouwen kwijt en ben ik naar een andere fietsenmaker gegaan. Die vertelde me dat er een ‘thuiskomertje’ op het wiel zat, die na een tijdje leeg zou gaan lopen. Weinig werk bij het repareren; wel een normale reparatierekening bij Marco. Ik voel me bedrogen door Marco’s Giant Store.
I bought my Giant bicycle at Marco's Giant Store in Maastricht and went there for service. Very often I had a flat tire that was "fixed" by the shop. Since it happened so often, I asked to see what could be going on; this was no longer normal. I was told everything was fine and it was a coincidence. At the 4th or 5th time I lost my confidence and went to another bicycle repair shop. He told me that there was a "homecoming" on the wheel, which would empty after a while. Little work to repair; a normal repair bill at Marco. I feel cheated by Marco's Giant Store.

He cashed in my insurance money (something that the insurance company confirmed) he refused to give me back my money. He said I am welcome to buy a new bike from him for the same amount!!
Theif!!! I already bought a new bike after mine was stolen (from him) ! what am i going to do with two bikes?
Don't go there!!!!
