★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele slechte service na 2 en half jaar printplaat kachel kapot was te oud deden er niks aan terwijl we allemaal 2 jaar thuis hebben gezeten i.v.m corona dus kachel bijna niet gebruikt en het schandaligst vind ik nog dat ze de oude printplaat wilde hebben en gewoon weg gegooid dit geintje koste ons 500 euro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service en totaal niet meedenken met de klant. Nadat de kooltjes uit de Cosiloft waren gesprongen wat brandschade opleverde een voorstel voor nieuwe kooltjes ?? Het is dat de winkel waar het product was gekocht het goed heeft opgepakt maar van het bedrijf achter Cosi fires hoef je niets te verwachten.
 Bad service and not thinking along with the customer at all. After the coals had burst out of the Cosiloft some fire damage resulted in a proposal for new coals ?? It is that the store where the product was bought picked it up well, but you don't have to expect anything from the company behind Cosi fires.
