Naast dat Alexander veel kennis heeft van muziek is hij ook heel enthousiast over alles wat met een gitaar te maken heeft. Hij geeft les in veel verschillende muziekstijlen. Hierdoor speel je ook echt de muziek die jij leuk vind en hierdoor blijf je ook gemotiveerd. Ik zou iedereen deze gitaarschool aanraden! I am very positive about Guitar School Ermelo! Besides that Alexander has a lot of knowledge about music, he is also very enthusiastic about everything that has to do with a guitar. He teaches many different music styles. Alexander heeft mij verder geholpen met theorie, die hij op eenvoudige en praktische wijze uitlegt en direct toepasbaar maakt. Daarnaast is hij zelf zeer muzikaal op gitaar en bas, zodat hij practische tips geeft en goed kan begeleiden. Op het moment dat ik minder tijd had besteed aan oefenen, wist Alexander op een creatieve wijze een positieve en stimulerende draai aan de les te geven. Grote klasse! I have been teaching with Alexander for 4 years. I already played a reasonable double bass, but wanted to gain knowledge and experience with Jazz standards. Alexander helped me further with theory, which he explains in a simple and practical way and makes it immediately applicable. He is also very musical on guitar and bass, so that he gives practical tips and can guide well. Once I had spent less time practicing, Alexander was able to creatively put a positive and stimulating twist on the lesson. Great class!

Ik had specifiek de vraag om beter te kunnen soleren over ingewikkelde akkoordenschema's en jazz standards. Alexander helpt me hier supergoed in! Los van dat hij een verschrikkelijk goede gitarist is kan hij echt op mijn niveau zien wat er goed gaat en wat er moet verbeteren om mijn gitaarspel naar een hoger plan te tillen! Hij heeft geduld en legt dit goed uit. De lessen zijn gezellig en ik heb altijd het gevoel dat ik weer een stap verder ben gekomen als ik aan het eind van de les vertrek. Ik heb nu ruim een jaar les en zowel thuis als in de bandjes waarin ik speel merk ik dat ik flink vooruit ben gegaan. De lessen van Alexander hebben hier flink aan bijgedragen! I came to Alexander because my level of guitar playing has not really improved since a few years. Apart from the fact that he is a very good guitarist, he can really see at my level what is going well and what needs to be improved to take my guitar playing to the next level! He has patience and explains this well. The lessons are fun and I always have the feeling that I have come a step further when I leave at the end of the lesson. Hij beheerst ontzettend veel stijlen en geeft les met liedjes aangepast op het genre die onze zoon leuk vindt. Niet standaard een lesboekje volgen. Heel erg fijn. Onze zoon gaat na elke les met een grote glimlach weer naar huis. Our son has enjoyed guitar lessons with Alexander for over 1.5 years now. A very skilled guitar teacher who continues to challenge our son. He masters a lot of styles and teaches with songs adapted to the genre that our son likes. Do not follow a standard textbook. Very very nice. Our son goes home with a big smile after every lesson.
