T	Tini van der Heijden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iedere belofte wordt gebroken. zo duurde het 7 dagen dat de ruit ingemeten werd. Waarschijnlijk een nieuwe interpretatie van 24/7? Vervolgens geen offerte omdat glasfabriek dicht zou zijn. Nadat de glasfabriek alweer anderhalve week open zou zijn, nog steeds geen offerte. zouden maandmiddag terugbellen. Niet teruggebeld. wordt dinsdagavond pas gebeld. Kortom, een feest van gebroken beloften. Every promise is broken. so it took 7 days for the window to be measured. Probably a new interpretation of 24/7? Then no quotation because glass factory would be closed. After the glass factory would have been open for another week and a half, still no quotation. would call back monthly. Not called back. will only be called Tuesday evening. In short, a celebration of broken promises.
f	frans hendriks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja hoor, dat heb ik dan weer. Waait de voordeur uit mijn hand en scheurt het glas. Gelukkig bleef het zitten en snel een glaszetter gezocht. Glasned24 kwam al binnen 1 uur en kon gelijk een nieuwe ruit plaatsen. Omdat mijn hal nogal koud is stelde Henk voor om dubbel glas te nemen. Prima plan, scheelt weer in de stookkosten ;-). Dat moest uiteraard wel op maat besteld worden maar binnen een week stond Henk weer op de stoep met de nieuwe ruit. In de tussentijd heeft Henk een glasplaat op de gescheurde ruit geplakt zodat het wel veilig bleef. Nieuwe ruit zit er prima in. Het kan aan mij liggen, volgens mij merk ik het nu al aan de temperatuur in onze hal. Henk, nogmaals dank en een 10 voor jou. Yes, I have that again. Because my hall is rather cold Henk suggested to take double glass. Great plan, saves in the heating costs again ;-). Naturally, this had to be ordered to size, but within a week Henk was back on the pavement with the new window. In the meantime Henk has stuck a glass plate on the torn window so that it remains safe. New window is fine. It may be me, I think I already notice the temperature in our hall. Henk, thanks again and a 10 for you.

Op de website staat toch duidelijk meerdere keren je eigen woonplaats vermeld. Telefonistes die verder ook niet weten hoe het zit. Gauw verder zoeken naar een betrouwbare partij. Jammer dat je niet voor 0-sterren kunt kiezen bij deze review Advertise that they repair all over the Netherlands, but once you call it turns out that they cannot deliver where you live. The website clearly states your own place of residence several times. Operators who also do not know how it is. Soon look for a reliable party. Too bad you can not choose 0 stars in this review
S	Sofean Loulidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen toegevoegde waarde. Zij geven alleen de melding door aan een hersteller en hebben verder geen info. Een glashandel in de buurt bellen is beter. @Glasned24: Ter info: Ik heb een melding gedaan en wat ik kreeg was een prijsopgave en de mededeling dat de aanvraag wordt doorgestuurd. Bij uitblijven van reactie heb ik tevergeefs geprobeerd een statusupdate te krijgen (het ging stormen), maar de persoon aan de lijn kon geen enkele informatie geven (ook niet waar de melding naartoe is gestuurd). In plaats daarvan een bot en kortaf antwoord dat ik maar moest wachten. Toen het avond werd heb ik maar gebeld met de plaatselijke glashandel (die gewoon een avond en weekenddienstregeling hebben) en binnen 1 uur stond iemand voor de deur en voor ongeveer de helft van het tarief. Als u vindt dat ik u tekort doe, dan is mijn vraag: Als u een premium tarief hanteert, maar - dezelfde kwaliteit levert (u maakt gebruik van lokale glaszetters), - hetzelfde gemak biedt als de dienstenregeling van de lokale glashandel, - maar erg kortaf naar klanten (dat is mijn ervaring), Wat is uw toegevoegde waarde? Bij een overtuigend antwoord ben ik meer dan bereid de review aan te passen of te verwijderen. No added value. They only forward the report to a repairer and have no further information. Calling a nearby glass dealer is better. @ Glasned24: FYI: I filed a report and what I got was a quote and the notification that the request will be forwarded. In the absence of a response, I tried in vain to get a status update (it started storming), but the person on the line was unable to provide any information (including where the notification was sent). Instead, a blunt and curt answer that I just had to wait. When evening came I called the local glass store (they just have an evening and weekend schedule) and within 1 hour someone was at the door and for about half the rate. If you think I am doing you wrong, my question is: If you have a premium rate, but - delivers the same quality (you use local glaziers), - offers the same convenience as the services of the local glass trade, - but very curt to customers (that's my experience), What is your added value? If the answer is convincing, I am more than willing to adjust or delete the review.

Super service en wat mij betreft een aan te raden glasbedrijf. Glasned24 has a glass partition placed and the delivery is done neatly and exactly on the agreed date. Super service and, in my opinion, a recommended glass company.

Super clean and fast work, effective communication and the best price I found out of the 6 proposals on the market for the same scope of work. I was especially pleased with the additional ±100 EUR discount once the previous offer was already accepted: the team did not need a specific transportation method and they did not charge me for it, while they could. I really appreciate this kind of attitude and once I saw how they work - I am confident that I found my glass company for years to come. Great job, thank you very much!
