★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offerte aangevraagd via hun website, krijg je een onvolledig, niet begeleid standaard offerte terug waar je weinig tot niets mee kan. Direct ter zijde gelegd. Nog wel een telefoontje gehad van de directeur van de firma, maar daar werd ik niet veel vrolijker van.
Request a quote via their website, you will receive an incomplete, unaccompanied standard quote that you can do little to nothing with. Immediately put aside. I still had a call from the director of the company, but that didn't make me any happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Very bad service. During the first visit the measurement of windows was done with a mistake. As result, one window didn’t fit the frame and I had to wait another 2 weeks for replacement and appointment. It took 1,5 months to replaces 2 glass windows only. Although, it was company’s mistake, the planning department rescheduled a meeting in next two weeks and on the day of delivery nobody from the company showed up. I spend waiting for almost half day. Finally, when I had the third appointment the delivery was so late, that I had to cancel my next meeting. Nobody called and simply apologised for this hassle. Replacement was also not to the best quality. Horrible and stressful. Will never recommend this company to anybody ever.
