★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De glazen waren niet goed verzonden. 1 glas was helemaal kapot en daarom hoorde ik dit meteen. Dit heb ik aangegeven en een nieuwe ontvangen. Echter bleek nadat ik het cadeau had gegeven dat er nog een glas kapot was, maar hier wilde ze geen gehoor aan geven. Ik was bereid om de verzend kosten te betalen, maar toch kozen ze eieren voor hun geld. Helaas. Ik zal hier nooit meer bestellen.
The glasses were not shipped properly. 1 glass was completely broken and that's why I heard this immediately. I indicated this and received a new one. However, after I had given it as a present, it turned out that another glass was broken, but she refused to respond. I was willing to pay the shipping costs, but they still got their money's worth. Unfortunately. I will never order here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snelle levering en snelle reactietijd. Geen 5 sterren omdat ik mijn bestelling pas compleet had na 3 leveringen ivm kapotte glazen. De beschadigingen waren naar mijn mening niet door het transport gekomen maar gewoon kapot ingepakt.
Fast delivery and quick response time. Not 5 stars because I only had my order complete after 3 deliveries due to broken glasses. In my opinion, the damage was not caused by the transport, but simply broken in the packaging.
