cause me lose the flight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the only one tax free at the Schipol, and they are closed in working time (7.45 a.m.). Very disappointed!!!!
Update! Till the end I've found out another Tax free after passport control in Duty free zone and made all procedure in 3 minutes. Thank you Schipol, but please give this information to the information desk, as they can't help on this issue at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Back in June 2017) fortunately the queue wasn't that bad, and i able to verify everything fast. she gave me 2 options, cash(with fees) or bank transfer..(unless you 100% sure what you're doing)avoid sending the fund to your debit card account, you won't get your fund.. emailing back and forth with global blue & my local bank. GB claim the fund successfully sent, but the bank didn't...lesson learned!!
