★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to take my Linux Essentials exam here (And I PASSED !!!!). The location is easy to find. Parking is on the street and limited, you also have to pay. Sloterdijk train station is close by, so travel by public transport is also a good option.
The building itself is nice and the facilities are very good.
Good luck if you need to be there for an exam ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an online course from Global Knowledge. The course material was supposed to be available for 3 months. They started the subscription immediately, without first checking the suitable start date with me. I asked them to delay the start date, as I was busy and didn’t have the time to study yet. They said they would take care of this change. However, they didn’t do that and the subscription ended as originally specified. I contacted them several times, but they ignored all my emails and never got back to me. I would understand if the conclusion was that it was not possible to make this change, but not replying to emails (being sent to different addresses) is very unprofessional!

some of the pictures shown are for a Global Knowledge location on KINGSFORDWEG 43 which seems to be closed. On the global knowledge website there is only one location listed in Amsterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think one star is prober since they do provide a big spectrum of certificates and examens. Their communication and their customer service is really terrible. They get to do that because of their position in the market sadly. You are kinda forced their way if you want to get your exam or certificate as soon as possible. Anyway, if you have other options. Better use them and stay away from their arrogancy.
