About Global Ticket BV

Het begon allemaal in 2013 met een Grachtenmuseum in Amsterdam. Ze vroegen Robin Blekemolen en Sander Hannema om een online kaartverkoopsysteem voor hen te bouwen. Dit systeem was de basis van wat nu Global Ticket is. Door samenwerkingsverbanden met klanten als Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam en de Heineken Experience groeide Global Ticket uit tot de nummer één ticketverkoopoplossing voor musea en attracties in de Benelux.

Sinds maart 2020 maakt Global Ticket deel uit van CM.com en we maken ons klaar om wereldwijd uit te breiden.

Rare gang van zaken bij dit bedrijf. Ik heb op het laatste moment besloten om geen kaarten te bestellen wegens covid. Dus winkelwagen leeg gemaakt en afgesloten. Krijg nu aanmaning naar aanmaning en er wordt niet gereageerd op de mail. Kaarten zijn niet geleverd en het evenement gaat niet door voor publiek. Ben benieuwd of er nog mensen zijn die dit probleem kennen?
Weird business at this company. I have decided at the last minute not to order tickets due to covid. So shopping cart emptied and closed. Now get reminder after reminder and no response to the mail. Tickets have not been delivered and the event will not be open to the public. Wondering if anyone else is aware of this problem?

Every star is too many No hotline, zero service and completely overpriced. I will probably never be able to redeem my tickets ... Hands off ☝?

Hanno risolto il mio problema, forse sono stata troppo frettolosa nell'acquisto del biglietto o forse è stato un problema del sistema ticket, però ho spiegato il problema in chat whats app e mi hanno aiutato a generare un altro codice sconto ed acquistare il mio secondo ticket. They solved my problem, maybe I was too hasty in buying the ticket or maybe it was a problem with the ticket system, but I explained the problem in chat whats app and they helped me to generate another discount code and buy my second one ticket. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich werde seit einigen Monaten bei der Erstattung meiner "The Weeknd Konzertkarten hingehalten und habe zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nur 40% des Gesamtkaufpreises erhalten. Angeblich wäre der Restbetrag für Verwaltung und Gebühren. Das Konzert sollte 2020 stattfinden und wurde durch die Corona Pandemie zweimal verschoben und letztes Jahr 2021 abgesagt. Das Geld bzw. der volle Betrag wird nicht zurückerstattet. Auch mir scheint, dass der Erstattungsvorgang von Global Tickets künstlich erschwert wird, um letztendlich aufzugeben. Man wird hingehalten mit Erstattungslinks, die nicht funktionieren. Ebenfalls soll man nicht mehr Anfragen per Mail an Global Tickets richten und telefonisch ist auch niemand zu erreichen. Ehrlich gesagt, sind solche Geschäftsgebaren in diesen schwierigen Zeit nicht angebracht und sollte rechtlich geahndet werden. Außerdem sollte ein Künstler, wie "The Weeknd" in diesem Fall seine Vertragspartner unterstützen und nicht die Aufwendungen und Kosten auf den Schultern auf Fans & Privatpersonen austragen. Für so ein Verhalten habe ich wirklich kein Verständnis.
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I've been stalled for a few months getting my The Weeknd concert tickets refunded and as of this writing have only received 40% of the total purchase price. Supposedly the balance would be for administration and fees. The concert was supposed to take place in 2020 and was postponed twice due to the Corona Pandemic and canceled last year 2021. The money or the full amount will not be refunded. It also seems to me that Global Tickets' refund process is artificially complicated to ultimately give up. You are stalled with refund links that don't work. Likewise, one should no longer address inquiries by email to Global Tickets and nobody can be reached by phone either. Honestly, such business practices are inappropriate in these difficult times and should be prosecuted. In addition, an artist like "The Weeknd" should support his contractual partners in this case and not shoulder the expenses and costs on fans and private individuals. I really don't understand such behavior.

Later Edit: In the end I got the money back. I understood that actually Space Expo was against this refund and also the entire process took a while due to Corona situation. Original post: We couldn't go to the Space Expo as planned because one of the kid having a handicap was not feeling well that day. The company didn't agree to make refund. That's not nice and definitely not child friendly attitude. Rescheduling is also very difficult as their response time is sometimes several weeks so it's almost impossible to make a plan!
