Even though I’ve sent close to 10 emails and called several times.
I once got a Dutch guy on the phone, but then he told me was busy and that I should call later.

My boss has a ton of problems with GVC and has to babysit them alot. i end up having to pick up the slack and do alot of legwork because of GVC's customer service problems.
