Kocht twee blikken aardbeien: Key, geproduceerd door Gloe &Zeitz.B.V., zonder op het etiket te kijken wat ik normaal gesproken altijd doe, daar ik niet verwachtte dat dit iets slechts zou bevatten. Thuisgekomen ontdekte ik dat als kleurstof E130 was gebruikt:cochenille, vervaardigd uit insecten of via een chemisch proces. In mijn boekje:Wat zit er in ons eten?, aangeduid als ROOD wat betekent: absoluut vermijden! Ik zal deze blikken dus niet gebruiken. Verbazingwekkend hoeveel slechte E-nummers er in ons land gewoon nog mogen worden toegevoegd aan voedingsmiddelen. Hoe simpel zou het zijn om in dit geval rode bietensap te gebruiken wat volstrekt natuurlijk is!! . I needed strawberry juice for a baking recipe. Bought two cans of strawberries: Key, produced by Gloe & Zeitz.B.V. When I got home I discovered that E130 was used as a colorant: cochineal, made from insects or through a chemical process. In my booklet: What is in our food ?, referred to as RED which means: absolutely avoid! I will therefore not use these cans. Amazing how many bad E numbers can still be added to foods in our country. How simple would it be to use beetroot juice in this case, which is completely natural !! .
