Heb hier heerlijk genoten van een high tea die echt super lekker was.
Vriendinnetje die mee was vond het ook heerlijk en zei dat voor mensen die wel gluten eten het ook echt gewoon erg lekker is.

Girlfriend who was with me also thought it was delicious and said that for people who do eat gluten it is really very tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aangezien mijn vrouw niet alleen allergisch is voor gluten maar ook o.a. amandelen, hebben we om een aangepaste taart gevraagd (een aardbeien tartelette op groot formaat). Deze was heerlijk, en ik merkte er zelf niet aan dat het glutenvrij was. Veel glutenvrije producten zouden we nooit aan gasten zonder allergiën voorschotelen maar dit lekkere kunstwerk is daar absoluut een uitzondering op.
Since my wife is not only allergic to gluten but also almonds, among other things, we asked for a custom cake (a large-sized strawberry tartelette). This one was delicious, and I didn't even notice it was gluten free. We would never serve many gluten-free products to guests without allergies, but this delicious work of art is definitely an exception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We flew from the UK to see family in the Netherlands. An important 3 hour detour to the Glutenvrije bakery. Then 10 packets of bread mix later, 2 loaves of bread (the best I've tasted), wonderful stroofwaffles and pastries. Back in 6 months.
