★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kon niet pinnen, schoenencreme was niet geprijsd, er werd niets aangeslagen op de kassa en heb 3x zoveel betaald als normaal. Onsympathieke man achter de balie. Kom hier nooit meer.
Could not pin, shoe cream was not priced, nothing was hit at the counter and paid 3 times as much as normal. Unhappy man behind the desk. Never come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh wat verlang is soms naar de oude schoenmaker op het toen nog niet verbouwde Oudorperplein. Die man verstond zijn vak, was sympathiek en echt een gezicht van het winkelcentrum.
Deze huidige jojo die het heeft overgenomen mist alles wat de vorige wel had.
Oh what a longing there is sometimes for the old shoemaker on the then not yet renovated Oudorperplein. That man knew his trade, was sympathetic and really a face of the shopping center.
This current yo-yo that has taken over lacks everything the previous one had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prettig en goed geholpen. Meneer doet graag iets extra en toen achteraf bleek dat het bij 1 schoen (van de 8) niet helemaal goed was gegaan werd dit vriendelijk en snel opgelost.
Pleasant and well helped. The gentleman likes to do something extra and when it turned out afterwards that 1 shoe (out of 8) had not gone completely well, this was resolved quickly and in a friendly manner.
