★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My booking only cost £49 and had to pay £250 deposit this is fine. But my booking was back on the 11th August and I still haven't received my deposit back!!! Issue finally resolved on the 25th sept and finally happy with the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT think about using this company, I made a booking in January for a 2 week family holiday in August only to have the booking cancelled 8 weeks before we are due to go on holiday.
Goboony have offered no replacement vehicle or offered to cover the cost of the campsites I've booked.
If I'd had cancelled at this time I would have needed to pay half the total cost, if
they decide to cancel you get nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Searching, booking, and communicating via the site is easy. My deposit was returned within a few days of it being released by the camper owner. Overall, a pretty good experience with Goboony.

Unfortunately everybody is having problems in corona times. The owner of the camper credited us the cancellation fees of 25%.
However Goboony charges 15% cancellation fees, even though these are not mentioned in their general terms. Two weeks after the cancellation we still have not received our downpayment, which is 25% of the total booking. Verbally they are communicating that they will deduct 15% which is 100% margin for Goboony. I have deleted my account, because next time I will book with Paul Camper. They also have cheaper campers for rent in Germany!

The booking was very easy and the temporary booking is really temporary. We had to reschedule a bit this was no problem.
The camper owner sent us a message quickly to ask us to come and have a look at the camper and check us out. This was a good since we do not have a lot Experience. We got a good explanation and a nice cup off coffee too.
Overall reassuring and positive.
