★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Auswahl an sich ist nicht schlecht, aber... wehe vermasselt man ein Rückgabetermin, verhängen sie drakonischen Strafen. In meinen Fall ging um 2 (zwei) Stunden Verspätung. Dafür musste ich 21€ Strafe zahlen, 1 € pro Buch. Das ist eine Frechheit. So zieht man bestimmt keine Kunden am Land.
The selection itself is not bad, but ... if you mess up a return date, impose draconian penalties. In my case, it was 2 (two) hours late. For this I had to pay 21 € penalty, 1 € per book. That's a joke. So you certainly do not draw customers in the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Auswahl an sich ganz gut, die tonies für die Kids zum leihen spitze. Warum nur ein Stern ? -> ich hatte mir mehrere Bücher ausgeliehen und wegen Corona in dem Abgabe Schrank zurück gegeben, bekomme paar Tage später nen Anruf. Ein Buch fehlt. Ich habe keinerlei Nachweise darüber bekommen welche Bücher ich zurück gebracht habe da es alles in Abwesenheit gemacht wurde. Ende vom Lied ich durfte das Buch nun bezahlen obwohl ich es zurück gebracht habe, das ist absolut nicht Kunden gerecht.
The selection itself is quite good, the tonies for the kids to borrow great. Why only one star? -> I had borrowed several books and returned them to the delivery cupboard because of Corona, I got a call a few days later. One book is missing. I have not received any evidence of which books I brought back because it was all done in the absence. End of the story I was allowed to pay for the book even though I brought it back, which is absolutely not fair for customers.
