★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een goede notaris, voor de overdracht van een huis is het een all in tarief. En niets is te veel moeite, je mag bellen, informeren en ook zij denken met je mee. Dus all in is ook echt all in.
What a good notary, for the transfer of a house it is an all in rate. And nothing is too much trouble, you can call, inform and they also think along with you. So all in is really all in too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is niet een notaris die ik als verkoper graag zie. Natuurlijk beslist de koper wie de notaris wodt maar toch. Er is kennelijk geen zaaltje bij dit kantoor om 5 (!!!!!) personen in één zaaltje te zetten om een akte te tekenen. Natuurlijk speelt covid-19 een rol, maar maak er dan wat van. Hopelijk blijft het tarief voor een volmacht na covid-19 ook € 0,00 en niet opnieuw een cashcow
This is not a notary I like to see as a seller. Of course the buyer decides who is the notary, but still. Apparently there is no room at this office to put 5 (!!!!!) people in one room to sign a deed. Obviously plays a role covid-19, but make sure some of it. Hopefully the rate for a proxy after covid-19 will also remain € 0.00 and not another cashcow
