Had zelf een broek gekocht van 100 euro, die helemaal lelijk was geworden, moest eerst overlegd worden met de leverancier of mijn broek überhaupt wel geruild mocht worden (mijn broek zag er gewoon niet meer uit dus dit was heel raar). Ook toen ik uitlegde dat ik uit Tilburg hiervoor moest komen, werd er niet mee gedacht. Ik ben de week erop op en neer gegaan voor een nieuwe broek die ik dus van de leverancier mocht hebben. Zelf wilde ik een andere broek of geld terug, omdat ik verwachte dat ik hetzelfde probleem bij dezelfde broek zou krijgen. Hier werd super moeilijk om gedaan en de medewerkster ging een felle discussie met mij aan, stond echt perplex samen met mijn vriend. Ze doen echt ontzettend moeilijk dus over ruilen zelfs als het product lelijk is geworden door fout van de fabriekant! Ik koop hier niks meer.. Shop is very difficult to exchange. Had bought a pair of trousers of 100 euros, which had become completely ugly, first had to consult with the supplier whether my pants could be exchanged at all (my pants just did not look so this was very strange). Even when I explained that I had to come from Tilburg for this, it was not thought. The following week I went up and down for a new pair of pants that I got from the supplier. I wanted a different pair of pants or money back myself, as I expected to have the same problem with the same pair of pants. This was super difficult and the employee had a fierce discussion with me, was really perplexed with my friend. They are really very difficult so about exchanging even if the product has become ugly due to the fault of the manufacturer! I don't buy anything here anymore ..
