Kreeg geen melding wanneer het binnen kwam om mee te beginnen, en heb duidelijk tot 2 keer toe moeten aangeven dat ze op het raam moesten kloppen, wat NIET gebeurt is! Dan bel ik later naar het vervoersbedrijf dat ik het wil ophalen, hebben ze het al weer terug gestuurd! Dus dan maar een mail naar het bedrijf, die dan beweert dat de meneer van het leverbedrijf wel degelijk heeft gebeld, wat absoluut niet waar is. En dat ik maar gewoon een bel moet gaan kopen bij de gamma. Ronduit BELACHELIJK! It is certainly cheap there compared to other sites or shops. But the delivery was extremely disappointing. Was not notified when it came in to start with, and clearly had to indicate twice to knock on the window, which has NOT happened! Then later I call the transport company that I want to pick it up, they have already sent it back! So then an email to the company, who then claims that the gentleman of the delivery company did call, which is absolutely not true. And that I just have to buy a bell from the range. Simply RIDICULOUS!
