Ik zou mijn geld terug krijgen, ik wacht nog steeds. Inmiddels juridische bijstand ingeschakeld en gaan aangifte doen van oplichting bij de politie. Gezien de hoeveelheid slechte reviews is dit een logische stap. Mensen, bestel hier niets!! What a bad company! Delivery time is incorrect, there is no delivery at all! What makes everything worse is that they are hardly accessible. I would get my money back, I am still waiting. Meanwhile, legal assistance has been called in and will report fraud to the police. Given the amount of bad reviews, this is a logical step. Folks, don't order anything here !!

Het contact is ruk, je krijgt ze niet aan de telefoon en chatten werkt ook niet, via mail hebben ze één keer gereageerd in die mail en hebben beloofd om nieuwe plank te sturen, die is onderhand al een week onderweg???????? Ik probeer nu weer contact te krijgen om te vragen waar de opgestuurde plank blijft maar het is weer onmogelijk om ze te bereiken tot op heden. Ik blijf proberen ze te bereiken en zal het delen. De firma is geen enkele ster waard zoek een andere leverancier die betrouwbaar is en reageert. One shelf is torn from the table top. The contact is good, you can not get them on the phone and chatting does not work either, they replied via email once and promised to send a new board, which has been underway for a week now ?????? ?? I am now trying to get in touch again to ask where the sent plank is but it is impossible to reach them until now. I keep trying to reach them and will share it. Duurde bij mij twee x zolang als op site vermeld en dat terwijl ze zelf zeggen ( kijk voor de actuele levertijd op de site) Ik had er ook een stel polifin op maat gemaakte kussens bij besteld, OP MAAT GEMAAKT....... de lengte is goed maar de breedte klopt echt niet en vallen er gewoon 8 cm overheen. Jaja op maat gemaakte tja en ook nog geen polifin stof, maar polyester. Ik krijg er ook geen contact mee met ze, dus dan maar een review. I am quite happy with the picnic table, but the delivery time is wrong. Despite the corona time. Took me twice as long as stated on site and while they say themselves (look for the current delivery time on the site) I also ordered a set of polifin custom pillows, CUSTOM MADE ....... the length is good but the width is really not right and just fall over 8 cm. Yes, tailor-made and no polifin fabric, but polyester. I also do not get in touch with them, so then a review.

Negatieve reviews worden uiteraard eerder geschreven dan positieve, vandaar een aantal weken na mijn aankoop hierbij mijn ervaring. Een tijd terug heb ik via deze winkel een picknick tafel besteld en uiteraard ook geleverd gekregen. Het bestellen via de webshop ging soepel, het duurde alleen 2-3 dagen voordat duidelijk werd wanneer het pakket geleverd zou worden, hier zou wat verbeterd kunnen worden. Tafel is geleverd binnen de op de website gestelde levertermijn. De tafel zelf is van goede kwaliteit en zelfs als je een beetje onhandig bent goed te monteren. De tafel is geïmpregneerd en slaat daarom een beetje groen uit, persoonlijk vond ik dit geen probleem omdat geïmpregneerd hout immers langer mee gaan dan niet geïmpregneerd. Tot nu toe alleen maar genoten van deze tafel, kortom een degelijke tafel voor een goede prijs! Given the negative reviews, I still felt obliged to comment. The table is impregnated and therefore turns a little green, personally I did not find this a problem because impregnated wood lasts longer than non-impregnated. Until now only enjoyed this table, in short, a decent table for a good price!

Na mijn tafel heb ik de tafel aangeraden bij een vriend, en de volgende punten gingen bij beide fout. Er wordt een handleiding bijgevoegd op een papiertje wat nauwelijks leesbaar is. Overduidelijk een kopie van een kopie x 10. Schijnbaar hebben ze tegenwoordig een filmpje, maar die heb ik niet gezien. Het a4tje is vrij nutteloos. Daarnaast werden zowel bij mij als bij de vriend van me verkeerde bouten meegeleverd. Volgens de handleiding zijn ze 70mm lang. Ik ontving 80 (erg onhandig, kan je niet helemaal vast draaien). De vriend ontving 50mm, en daar kan je dus precies niks mee. Ik zou het bedrijf adviseren om even de puntjes op de i te zetten en een fatsoenlijke handleiding bijvoegen, en erop letten dat jullie de juiste bouten bijvoegen. Als ze dat aanpassen heb ik geen op en aanmerkingen meer. The quality of the tables is really very good. Beautiful tables, delivered quickly. However, the details are very sloppy. Een dingetje, kwartiertje om alles in elkaar te zetten is wat optimistisch maar misschien hebben wij langzaam gewerkt... bedankt voor de snelle levering ondanks de drukte! Cool table, I see us enjoy this for a long time because the quality is good and firm as promised. Ik heb hierover verscheidene mailtjes gestuurd en helaas nooit een reactie ontvangen. Na een jaar wilde ik bijna een klacht indienen, maar heb ik toch eerst maar even telefonisch contact opgenomen. Ik werd vriendelijk en deskundig te woord gestaan en er is mij een mooie oplossing geboden. Het uitblijven van een reactie op mijn mailtjes is mij ook uitgelegd. Er was een plausibele verklaring voor. Ik raad deze webwinkel van harte aan! Bought a nice picnic table last year through this website. Unfortunately, a plank turned out to be of poor quality.
