Erg prettig contact gehad via WhatsApp. Degene waarmee ik contact had was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en antwoordde altijd zeer snel.
De laptop die ik heb besteld op de post gedaan op de beloofde datum. Er was twee dagen vertraging bij PostNL, maar daar heeft goedkopelaptops natuurlijk geen invloed op, dus dat neem ik ze niet kwalijk.
Ik heb er vertrouwen in dat de klantenservice van goedkopelaptops mij zal helpen als ik een vraag heb, en ook vertrouw ik erop dat ik, als dat nodig is, gebruik kan maken van de garantie.
Kortom, goedkopelaptops is een erg net bedrijf, en ik raad het dan ook aan!
I contacted customer service via WhatsApp and then ordered a laptop from their website.
Had a very pleasant contact via WhatsApp. The person I interacted with was friendly, helpful and always responded very quickly.
The laptop I ordered was mailed on the promised date. There was a two-day delay at PostNL, but of course cheaper laptops have no influence on that, so I don't blame them.
I am confident that low-cost laptops customer service will help me if I have a question, as well as being able to take advantage of the warranty if needed.
In short, cheap laptops is a very neat company, and I recommend it!
