S	Sarah Saleh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als u kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid zoekt, dan raad ik dit bedrijf ten zeerste af. Ik vind ze onprofessioneel en niet klantvriendelijk. Ik heb een uur en tien minuten moeten wachten op mijn intake. Ze zijn ongedisciplineerd en slordig. Toen ik na een uur werd meegenomen door een medewerker kwam ik in de kamer erachter dat zij totaal niet op de hoogte was van mijn wensen die ik eerder had besproken met haar collega. Vervolgens liet ze mij alleen achter in de kamer omdat ze de prijs van de behandeling telefonisch moest gaan bespreken met haar baas. Na 10 minuten wachten ben ik naar de balie gelopen om te zeggen dat ik na één uur en tien minuten wachten wilde vertrekken. De medewerker aan de balie keek mij alleen onverschillig aan en zei verder niks. Haar collega was nog aan het bellen en het enige wat ik hoorde was "wacht even ik ben nog aan het bellen". Ik ben toen weggegaan. Ik heb meerdere schoonheidssalons bezocht, maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Jullie zijn alles behalve professioneel. Bah! If you are looking for quality and customer focus, I strongly advise against this company. I think they are unprofessional and not customer friendly. I had to wait an hour and ten minutes for my intake. They are undisciplined and sloppy. When I was taken by an employee after an hour, I found out in the room that she was completely unaware of my wishes that I had previously discussed with her colleague. Then she left me alone in the room because she had to discuss the price of the treatment over the phone with her boss. After waiting 10 minutes, I walked to the desk to say I wanted to leave after one hour and ten minutes. The employee at the desk just looked at me indifferently and said nothing else. Her colleague was still on the phone and all I heard was "wait a minute, I'm still on the phone". I then left. I have visited multiple beauty salons, but I have never experienced this. You are anything but professional. Bah!

And they don't treat you with kindness, but morely arrogant. And they do the treatments really fast and not secure. And they pressure you to pay cash but doesn't give you any recipe back. And when you ask it, they call you weird. So I advice you to not come to this place.
