Good environment.
Pleasant and warmly stuff.
Comfortable rooms and excellent beds, but also beautiful suiteΒ΄s on 4th floor, which are very nice arranged.
I had a pleasure to enjoy in it and it was unforgettable experience.
The gym and spa is available.
Free parking with plenty space.
Free WiFi.
Japanese restaurant is attached to the hotel with diversified menu.
Nearby is gas station and grocery shops.
Center of town Alkmaar is 15 - 20 minutes by foot.....
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and my sincere compliments !

β β β β β Since three weeks, the Hotel Management is not able to fix the very bad television signal for foreign programs.
Guest complains are answerd, that the technican have no time.
Pure Service in this matter.
On the other side, we feel warmly welcome.
The reception team and hole stuff are very cooperatively and friendly
Most probably, will stay there again.

β β β β β Service from the start was really pleasant and friendly, hall and the front desk itself looks nice. Rooms are kept simple, with all the basics available...fridge, tv, safety box, tea set and Nespresso machine (which is nice addition). Room service is also available at a cost of 2.50 β¬. Everything is kept clean and beds seem comfortable after the first night.

β β β β β The location of the hotel near the main road for those who need to leave Alkmaar for another site in the Netherlands is excellent.
The hotel is slightly away from the city center and requires walking.
The room is slightly outdated for my taste, and the shower is completely antique .. The hotel must improve it.
Overall a good hotel, for those who just need a place to sleep, less for those who want to enjoy the hotel itself

β β β β β Located slightly outside the center of Alkmaar (about 20 minute walk), close to the AZ Alkmaar football stadium. Friendly service. Excellent breakfast!

β β β β β Nice and clean hotel with a nice spa area including saunas and a jacuzzi. Room was quiet, bright and clean as well. Parking area is a bit small. Also, we did not feel well informed at the reception. There was no Information regarding the spa for example. We only knew it from the website.
