★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company booking this hotel, I use this hotel for couple month, I was go and coming back every week. Very bad hotel, very dirty, very hold room, in the top windows was no awnings, I was working during the night and was impossible to slip during the day for the sun coming in. One time i arrive after work and I dident found my luggage and staff, they transfer my staff in another room, where was not furnished of the toilet and washer, the answer of the reception was: we transfer for to facilitate an old customer.
A lot of time i found floor dirty.
Realy If i need to comeback I don't choose this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ended up in Kevelaer by accident as we arrived late in Weeze airport after a flight delay and the best option was to get a taxi to the nearby town! I really liked the art nouveau building, so I didn't think twice!!!
Helpful and kind staff, room was nice and clean, bed was comfy.
If I have to say a negative thing, a bit noisy in the night as people were in the Kapellenplatz cross the street speaking loudly and laughing, but that was not that bad to ruin the experience! I've learn from the staff of the hotel that Kevelaer is a pilgrimage place with more than a million pilgrims a year!!!!!! I like to visit sometime in the future just for the beauty of the town and I will stay in Goldenen Apfel again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself it's really nice to sit down to have some food or some drink but the prices are overrated plus there were only a old waitress who was really nice but really slow. We were asking for beer or even to pay, and she prefers to clean tables than bringing the check.
The system of that waitress was chaotic, because was not going table to table , she was doing different stuff over all the places without finishing none of them. I waited 20 min for the check , I never felt so uncomfortable in my life waiting for nothing , I don't recommend this place and it wont be a surprise if more than one person went out without paying.
