★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service!! Heb vorig jaar een nieuwe H2NO tas gekocht, binnen 2 maanden liet de coating los. Nieuwe tas gekregen maar daarvan laat ook al weer de coating los. Nu telt ineens de aankoop datum van de eerste tas als garantie moment. Men weet dat er een slechte serie is geproduceerd maar men neemt maar voor 50% verantwoordelijkheid. ERG SLECHT!!! Gauw op zoek naar een betrouwbare leverancier!!
 Bad service!! Bought a new H2NO bag last year, the coating came off within 2 months. Received a new bag but the coating is already peeling off. Now suddenly the purchase date of the first bag counts as the warranty moment. They know that a bad series has been produced, but they only take 50% responsibility. VERY BAD!!! Looking for a reliable supplier soon!
