Mijn vertrekpunt

Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat ieder mens wordt geboren als liefdevol persoon. Echter, door omstandigheden in ons leven, raken we het contact hiermee weleens kwijt. We reageren vanuit aangeleerd oud gedrag, onze overlevingsmechanismen uit onze jeugd, belemmerende overtuigingen, onze culturele waarden en normen, 'het gehaaste leven' dat ertussen komt, noem maar op.

Ons 'volle' leven speelt zich steeds meer af in ons hoofd, terwijl we juist meer verlangen naar balans, mildheid en het contact met ons eigen gevoel. De (te) hoge eisen die we aan onszelf stellen projecteren we veelal onbewust op onze (liefdes) partner, met als gevolg een hoop onbegrip, afwijzing en eenzaamheid.

Wat zou er gebeuren, als we allemaal meer vanuit ons hart zouden spreken?

Wat, als we ons allemaal meer laten leiden door de oeroude vraag: "Wat zou liefde doen?!"

ALS je dan gaat kiezen; kies dan voor Good Conversations! Geen pappen en nathouden maar actie! Echt super en nog steeds dankbaar. Sometimes you are stuck. You want to, but you don't know how. It ripples on. Then there comes a time when you can choose ... IF you are going to choose; then choose Good Conversations! No gagging, but action! Really great and still grateful.
A	Anneke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny moedigt beide partners aan te vertellen, te delen. Ze stelt heldere vragen en laat ook gerust een stilte vallen. Juist daardoor kijk je anders, zie je opeens waar overtuigingen je helpen of enorm in de weg zitten. Er zijn opdrachten en oefeningen, maar ook veel ruimte voor "dat wat zich aandient" en openheid en zelfs humor. Ach die humor, geweldig. Breekt opeens het ijs. En dan volgen er tranen of een opgeluchte lach. De coaching van Tiny was voor ons fantastisch. Ik heb zo veel meer inzicht in mezelf, mijn partner en in onze dynamiek gekregen. SUPER waardevol. We onderzochten gedrag, gedachten, gevoel; ouder-kind-relaties; dat wat je hoop geeft, dat wat je mateloos irriteert. Alles mocht er zijn. En juist in die ruimte ontstaan dan de kansen om te veranderen, of iets nieuws te ontdekken. Zo mooi! Tiny encourages both partners to tell, to share. She asks clear questions and also leaves a feeling of silence. It is precisely because of this that you look differently, you suddenly see where beliefs help you or get in the way. There are assignments and exercises, but also a lot of room for "that which presents itself" and openness and even humor. Oh that humor, great. Suddenly the ice breaks. And then there are tears or a relieved laugh. Tiny's coaching was fantastic for us. I have gained so much more insight into myself, my partner and our dynamics. SUPER valuable. We examined behaviour, thoughts, feelings; parent-child relationships; that which gives you hope, that which irritates you beyond measure. Everything could be there. And it is precisely in that space that the opportunities arise to change or to discover something new. So beautiful!
