★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een paar foamranden voor mijn geliefde, 25 jaar oude Infinity Kappa boxen nodig. Van die torens die je vriendin het liefst het huis uit heeft. Ik deed een ultieme poging ze te redden. Ik heb zelden zoveel geduld en hulpvaardigheid meegemaakt aan de telefoon. Niks chatboxen en administratief gedoe. Gewoon directe hulp en even appen. Een enorme passie voor hi-fi hebben ze hier. Toen we er zo'n beetje uit waren wat het onderdeel moest zijn, zei Maroesjka: 'Zou je geholpen zijn met een goede reparateur? Dan bestelt hij wel wat hij nodig heeft'. Mooier kon het niet! Uiterst betaalbaar, snel én... de speakers klinken beter dan nieuw!
 I needed some foam surrounds for my beloved 25 year old Infinity Kappa boxes. Those towers that your girlfriend prefers to get out of the house. I made an ultimate effort to save them. I have rarely experienced so much patience and helpfulness on the phone. No chat boxes or administrative hassle. Just direct help and an app. They have an enormous passion for hi-fi here. When we sort of figured out what the part should be, Marushka said, “Would a good repairman help you? Then he will order what he needs'. It couldn't be more beautiful! Extremely affordable, fast and... the speakers sound better than new!

Very fast delivery and shipment was very protected (3 layers so that nothing can get damaged during shipment). Five stars! Installation was easy to do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic company to order from. Not only could Good Hifi supply me with foams for my vintage speakers, but the price was reasonable too. Where they excelled was in customer aftercare. I had a small problem (it transpired to be my fault) but the lady at Good Hifi even went to the bother to phone me and ask the exact process I’d worked to. Happily nothing was wrong with their product and my speakers now sound better than I ever expected.
I would say to anyone looking to buy foams, buy from Good Hifi. They are certainly a model company to deal with.
