β β β β β Stoelen en krukken besteld netjes en alles volgens afspraak geleverd. Vriendelijke en behulpzame chauffeur. Bleek achteraf iets fout te zijn gegaan met de levering maar is gelijk opgepakt en opgelost.

Seats and stools ordered neatly and everything delivered according to agreement. Friendly and helpful driver. Afterwards it turned out that something went wrong with the delivery but was immediately picked up and resolved.

β β β β β Nadat ik voor 3500β¬ apparatuur heb besteld bij dit bedrijf, komen ze het afleveren. Het werd op de stoep en straat gekwakt, op een betaald parkeren- plaats. Uiteindelijk heeft de bezorger het βtochβ voor ons op de stoep weten te plaatsen. Hier stond ik dan, met drie mega zware apparaten, midden op de stoep. Ze leveren tot de drempel, de rest mag je zelf uitzoeken. Ik heb halsoverkop 10 verhuisbedrijven moeten bellen en gesmeekt of ze wilde komen helpen. Kosten... 200β¬
Ik zou me dood schamen als Goos Horeca mijn bedrijf was. Volgens een medewerker staat in βde voorwaardenβ dat dit bedrijf niets in huis brengt. Ik heb zojuist twee keer de voorwaarden doorgelezen op de website en het staat er niet in.
After I have ordered equipment for β¬ 3500 from this company, they come to deliver it. It was churned on the sidewalk and street, in a paid parking place. In the end, the delivery person managed to place it "anyway" on our doorstep. Here I was, with three mega heavy devices, in the middle of the sidewalk. I would be embarrassed if Goos Horeca was my company. According to an employee, "the conditions" state that this company brings nothing in house. I have just read the conditions twice on the website and it is not there.

β β β β β Terwijl een datum voor verzending werd geprikt en bevestigd via email, werd mijn bestelling uitgeleverd aan iemand anders met de melding dat er geen stock meer is en ik tot op het einde van het jaar moet wachten eer de gewenste parasol opnieuw binnen komt.
Onbegrijpelijk dat mijn bestelling aan een andere klant weggegeven werd !
Wat een slechte organisatie en service gewoonweg.
Nog nooit meegemaakt.
Echt een afrader om hier te kopen.

While a shipping date was set and confirmed via email, my order was delivered to someone else with the message that there is no stock and I have to wait until the end of the year for the desired parasol to come in again.
Incomprehensible that my order was given away to another customer!
What a bad organization and service simply.
Never experienced.
Definitely not recommended to buy here.

β β β β β Vooraf geprobeerd een afspraak te maken, echter niet mogelijk, er zou een notitie gemaakt worden in de agenda dat ik een week er na zou komen. Zoals afgesproken die dag en tijdstip op locatie, helaas niets in de agenda en de man achter de balie had er daadwerkelijk geen zin in om klanten te woord te staan en de klant van adviezen te voorzien. Binnen een kwartier weer buiten, hier doe ik geen zaken.
