We bought two couches at Goossen Nuenen for Christmas in 2018. Sales went very smoothly, no complaints... until they were delivered after six weeks. The color was wrong at all! Such a shame after the long wait. We refused to accept the couches so they took them back. And if you then think that you will be called by Goossen the next day with the question, "oh, sir, I see what happened, what a nuisance, we apologize for our mistake, we will resolve this for you asap ! ", well then you are wrong. You have to be constantly behind it, you are not called back, there is always another contact person, nobody takes responsibility, they are slow, customer service is often difficult to reach, they do not work efficiently, et cetera. Months passed and finally after visiting the store we came to a solution but with an attitude of "Well, we have once again tackled this problem for you!" Sorry has been said, but that's it. No discount offered or any kind of clearance. If you have to wait FIVE months instead of 1.5 on your counch due to mistakes at Goossens and you yourself have also put a lot of time, energy and necessary frustration into it and it stays with "sorry" and "too bad for you", well then you really do not deserve to have any customers. They'll never see us there again. Oh yes, and as icing on the cake, after purchase I received the 10-year Premium Care certificate (guarantee against stains, etc.) with only one couch mentioned instead of two! So I have to take action again. And if you read the certificate correctly, it simply says that you do not get a 10-year warranty, but a 7-year warranty on stains (10 years only on construction). What a dissapointment...bleh!

Good selection for beds and furniture. Friendly staff and the prices aren’t too high.

The quality of the furnitures is great . Same goes for the exhibition center. However the customer service I experienced is poor and does not match the high premium that you pay. I bought 1TV table and 1 dinning table for around 2000 euros. I got no discount on the price and the seller gave me a free in house assembly with delivery. So when the furniture arrived the technicians did not assemble them claiming that there is not such service mentioned in the invoice. I had to call the customer support, explained the problem and finally the technicians came 1 week later and made the assembly which was actually putting the legs on the table body. Then I realized that one edge of the table was rough. So once again I had to call the customer service and they sent me a technician to fix the problem on-site. Long story short: Great quality BUT I would expect more professional customer service from such a premium furniture store.

Very bad service. No care after payment. Delivery is delayed. ? I am sure that I will not go back to this shop.

I would say just better as average but we didn't find what we were looking for. (Although they had a lot of furniture)

I have very terrible experience with this company. - They delivered very simple things after 4 months. - they delivered tv table with a broken hinge in the first place. We waited for a new hinge a few months to replace it! - after a while, another hinge on tv table is broken. I opened a ticket online a few months ago, but still nobody contacted with me! I called them, waited 16minutes an nobody answered! It is 16mins, because i hanged up, if you wait, most probably you can wait infinitely! I do not have such a terrible experience ever! It is a simple hinge, it was invented a few centuries back, are you still trying to invent how to manufacture it? If you need help, you can call me, it is free, i can help you!

Big store, with many options for your couch, beds or other furniture, and even the garden. Ideal for getting inspired given the many room styles recreated in the showroom. It's not cheap in general, but you can find good deals. I loved the selection of wooden/framed beds, in comparison to other places where you can only find boxsprings. Friendly and helpful staff
