Ik stuur een whats app met een compliment en totaal geen reactie, wat een arrogantie zeg heel jammer voor een bedrijf in een hoog sigment.
Bij deze wil ik je graag een cursus klantvriendelijkheid geven, en hoe om te gaan met de mensen die je bedrijf betalen. Een keer sorry zeggen of stand van zaken doorgeven naar de klant siert je en is een kwaliteit en geen schaamte!
Dit heb ik echt nog nooit meegemaakt HEEL SLECHT!!!!!!!

I would like to give you a course on customer friendliness, and how to deal with the people who pay your company. Saying sorry once or passing on the state of affairs to the customer adorns you and is a quality and not shame!
