★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Very poor quality product and disgraceful customer service. Ordered business cards with online designer, they arrived completely off centre and looked unprofessional. I sent an email to Gotprint with full information then was asked for all the information again. Second email I sent was ignored. I then decided to chase up via live chat facility on website and was told I would get a coupon code for the full value. I then received an email saying I could only get a 50% coupon code. Totally unacceptable to send me a poor quality product and then have this incredibly poor customer service and tell me I can't have a refund. "
