★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een rare telefoontje had ik zo net met een medewerker. Ik wilde graag een afspraak maken voor een pedicure. Ik had vooraf wat vragen en die stelde ik. Mw verstond mij niet en begon over Covid. Vervolgens hang ze zo de hoorn erop. Erg klantonvriendelijk! Er was niks aan de hand!
Vervolgens belde ik terug met de vraag waarom ze ophing. Ze zei ik heb het druk! Wil je komen JA of NEE! En hing vervolgens gewoon weer op!
Einde van de dag zo rond 16.00 belde mw mij terug. Ik heb haar hetzelfde behandeld zoals ze bij mij deed. Wat een brutale, onbeschofte vrouw is dit!!
 What a strange phone call I just had with an employee. I wanted to make an appointment for a pedicure. I had some questions beforehand and I asked them. Ms. didn't understand me and started talking about Covid. Then she hangs the receiver on it. Very customer unfriendly! There was nothing wrong!
Then I called back to ask why she hung up. She said I'm busy! Do you want to come YES or NO! And then just hung up again!
At the end of the day around 4:00 PM, Ms. called me back. I treated her the same as she did to me. What a cheeky, rude woman this is !!
