β β β β β Sinds de corona tijd is klantvriendelijkheid ver te zoeken. Er word boos gereageerd als je geen mandje pakt. Tevens moest je gepast betalen en heeft men geen geld terug. Regels worden op een botte manier en keihard uitgelegd. Ik doe liever mijn boodschappen bij Albert Heijn daar voel ik me nog wel welkom. Kan ik ook 0 sterren geven?
Customer-friendliness has been hard to find since the corona era. There is an angry reaction if you do not take a basket. You also had to pay the exact amount and there is no refund. Rules are explained in a blunt and hard way. I prefer to do my shopping at Albert Heijn, where I still feel welcome. Can I also give 0 stars?
