A	Alexander Jansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to sit outside and enjoy the terras. Thanks to the heating it was very enjoyable even in the shade. Inside looks also very nice. Food was freshly made and servers kind.

I had an oatmilk latte with a local biscuit named a 'stroopwafel'... the foam on top was thick and withstood the spoon test. The latty was nice and balanced and not too bitter and too milky. With it I had a carrotcake which was light and fluffy and a decent size piece. From the cafe/restaurant you have some lovely views of the market and can enjoy the unique building designs.

The waitress did not know what to do and took the plate away without properly addressing the situation. In the end the ‘manager’ came and try to fix the situation, but tragically he did not exceed. Put the plates under the grill and thought that would did the trick for us. Overcooked salmon and shoe-sole entrecôte, so bad! Why you do this? You not understand food at all? We only like well done meat and warm salmon, nothing much. I am really shocked about this lack of care about their business. Please consider not eating here. The beer and wine is good though, so have a drink there is okay!
C	Conrad Bogdan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is amazingly welcoming. The terrace is heated and you can enjoy everything in peace. The service is impeccable and the food great. I recommend cheese soup! The girls on the staff have a beautiful smile and are very kind! A place to appreciate!

A	Aditya Joshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by for a quick bite on a short trip to the city. They're placed at a perfect location in the center of the city. You can hear the church bells from the outdoor seating and enjoy the view. I guess it might be way too crowded on the days when you have the cheese market. Luckily we got a table up in the front on a sunny part of the day. Though we didn't explore much of the menu, the dishes were full of flavor and quite memorable presentation and taste. Another good sign was that we saw plenty of people who were clearly locals were stopping by for a short snack or a cup of coffee/tea. Staff, location and food deserve a perfect 5.
J	JP Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch in this popular restaurant in Gouda. The place is huge, and the location is really ideal. The food was OK. We had the beef terriyaki salad and the cheeseburger. I liked the smokiness of the burger. The salad was spot on. The only thing we did not like is the service. Lots of people walking around, but nobody taking the time to look at us waving and calling them. The first order of drinks took so long that we thought maybe they completely forgot our table. All in all it was a good lunch.
