Ausserdem bezahlt man da das reinfahren eines Treckers, für den TÜV nicht selbst den Trecker rein gefahren sondern durch einen Mitarbeiter. Good job but only 6 months later, the bill with working hours that I could not understand in height. In addition, you pay as the driving in a tractor, for the TÜV not even driven the tractor in but by an employee.

Für nächsten Tag 8 Uhr wurde ein Monteur zugesagt und der war pünktlich vor Ort !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Betreuung war super , Monteur spitze! Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a problem with the heating oil tanks and asked Goumans for help that someone is not immediately available at 5 p.m. is understandable. A fitter was promised for the next day at 8 a.m. and he was on site on time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Care was great, fitters great! I can only recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nach dem eine Reparatur durchgeführt wurde, wartet man fast 6 Monate auf die Rechnung und kann nicht mehr nachvollziehen ob es mit den Stunden stimmt oder nicht. Antwort: Es ruft gleich jemand zurück. Hab dann später auf dem Handy des Chefs angerufen, keiner zu erreichen. Auf den Rückruf warte ich bis heute. ( Montag ) Verkaufen können die einem was, aber wenn man Not hat und das sollte jedem in dem Betrieb klar sein was das heißt wenn die Heizung in einem Gartenbaubetrieb ausfällt und der Wetterbericht -6° C fürs WE ansagt mit Schneefall.
