L	Laura van Berkom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht product en slechte service. Toen we hem uit de verpakking haalde bleek het nummer heel anders uit te vallen, dan degene waar wij voor hadden gekozen. Op het voorbeeld leek het een vol cijfer, dus helemaal doorzichtig. In het echt bleek er dan een lijn in te staan. Dit was anders dan we wilden, maar wel te gebruiken, dus gingen we door met plakken. (Tip gegeven hiervoor te waarschuwen op de site) Samen hebben we de instructie gelezen en de video bekeken . Dat zag er heel simpel uit en door een persoon te doen, dus heb ik een andere klus opgepakt, terwijl mijn vriend ging plakken. Helaas was er niet gewaarschuwd dat ze sticker gelijk erg vastplakt en dus nauwelijks vanuit het midden naar buiten aan te brengen is. Het ging mis en ondank dat we rustig stukje voor stukje zijn gaan losmaken en herstellen, is het eindresultaat super lelijk. (tip gegeven dat op sommigen sites ook een oefen sticker meesturen, dit zou achteraf heel handig geweest zijn.) Gevraagd of we misschien nog een restant stukje konden krijgen om het lelijke stuk te vervangen. Dat kon tegen hoge kosten en dan nog eens BTW en verzendkosten! Ze zeggen"De raamfolie kan met een rukje altijd weer los van het raam zolang deze niet is aangewreven met de spatel. Dan is namelijk de lijm geactiveerd". Het is inderdaad nog wel los te krijgen, maar daar wordt het dus alleen maar lelijker van. Omdat het daarna helemaal niet meer streep en bobbel loos te plakken is. Slecht product. Totaal geen service en geen fijn product. Erg teleurgesteld. Bad product and bad service. When we removed it from the package, the number turned out to be very different from the one we had chosen. In the example it seemed like a full figure, so completely transparent. In real life there appeared to be a line in it. This was different than we wanted, but it was usable, so we continued to paste. (Tip given to warn on the site) Together we have read the instruction and watched the video. That looked very simple and by doing one person, so I picked up another job while my friend got stuck. Unfortunately, there was no warning that she was very stuck to the sticker right away, so it is hardly possible to apply it from the middle out. It went wrong and despite the fact that we slowly started to release and repair piece by piece, the end result is super ugly. (tip given that some sites also include a practice sticker, this would have been very handy afterwards.) Asked if we could possibly get a remnant piece to replace the ugly piece. That was possible at high costs and then again with VAT and shipping costs! They say "The window foil can always be detached from the window with a jerk as long as it is not rubbed with the spatula. Then the glue is activated". It is indeed still possible to get rid of it, but it only makes it uglier. Because after that it is no longer possible to stick stripe and bobble. Bad product. No service at all and no fine product. Very disappointed.

K	Kenny Massart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer mooie raamfolie! Omwille van het groot formaat niet eenvoudig om aan te brengen, maar het resultaat mag er zijn! Very nice window film! Not easy to apply because of the large size, but the result is impressive!
V	VOF Het Huis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was prettig werken met 'plak het zelf'. De instructiefilmpjes zijn duidelijk, communicatie met hen verliep soepel en we waren heel tevreden over het resultaat. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar ! It was nice to work with 'paste it yourself'. The instructional videos are clear, communication with them went smoothly and we were very satisfied with the result. To be repeated !
v	van 't Hoff optiek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontwerp aangeleverd maar niet gekregen zoals wij hem goedgekeurd hebben. Er zat een druk fout in, die volgens de mensen van plakhetzelf door ons is gekomen. We hebben de raamfolie volgens de instructies op het raam geplakt en zit er perfect op, dus daar ligt het niet aan! Plakhetzelf zegt dat wij dit zelf hebben veroorzaakt door niet goed geplakt te hebben, en naar meerdere mails te hebben gestuurd over onze ontevredenheid en veel telefoontjes te hebben gedaan (die niet werden beantwoord of weggedrukt), hebben wij na 2 weken nog steeds geen reactie gekregen. Erg kwalijk vinden wij. Het zou de mensen van plakhetzelf sieren als zij contact met ons zouden opnemen. Design delivered but not received as we approved it. There was a printing error in it, which according to the people at pastitself was caused by us. We glued the window film to the window according to the instructions and it fits perfectly, so that's not the issue! Plakhetzelf says that we caused this ourselves by not pasting properly, and sent several emails about our dissatisfaction and made many phone calls (which were not answered or pushed away), we still have not received a response after 2 weeks. We find it very bad. It would be a credit to the people of pastitself if they would contact us.
