★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2015 I travelled with Govinda Tours to Luxembourg, Spain and Switzerland. Traveling with them I felt at home as the proprietors are Indian origin, so they manage to speak Hindi. I was traveling solo, I was taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good travel agency with reasonable trip prices. Since these are Surinamese(Indian roots), they can understand and speak Hindi.
If you're an Indian, you'll given the seat at the back. And travelling in the back of a bus isn't that comfortable.
The timelines they follow for pick up is as per their will. The pick up from Schiphol and other places is quite early in the morning but the times mentioned are never followed and the bus leaves much later than mentioned in the schedule. But while during the tour, they, all of a sudden, somehow become Dutch and start following strict timelines. They don't care if there are kids or old age people on the tour and in case if even they are left behind. Since, they need to make it back in time mentioned in the itinerary, the tours many times skip or give lesser time for exploring the places.
Seat assignment on first come first get basis and strict observation of timelines during departure would be better.
A good travel agency if you're looking for only & only lesser expensive trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the prices are reasonable compared to other packages, we had a very bad experience because of the attitude of our tour guide - Soenita . Extremely arrogant behaviour even before I booked the tour for my parents. I still trusted them because of a good review I had got from a friend. However, this specific trip was a bad one especially because of the tour guide. Please don’t send your parents because the agent really doesn’t care and leave them in the middle of an unknown country. These tour guides should be extra sensitive and take responsibility for senior citizens and give them proper directions. Second, they should take accountability of searching if they get lost. The guide in our case did neither and even dint apologise for the unnecessary trouble my parents had to go through to get to the hotel back. They also dint complete all the things promised in the trip. And dint refund the ticket price. Ridiculous travel agency and I can’t believe such bad service can be provided in the Netherlands. Pls pls pls don’t book this especially if your tour guide would be soenita. She has to develop a service oriented behaviour within this business.

Have booked a daytrip with Govindatour, booking experience itself was horrible. Same data had to be provided 3 times and confirmation voucher was still against wrong names. Confirmation came with caveat - need 45 bookings. Since then have been following up on e-mails, phone, whatsup and they just don't seem to care to respond. So can't even make alternate plans.. recommend never to consider them with such pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner strives to give a very good customer experience with an affordable cost.Only downside, i see is that as a tourist you have to adhere strictly to the timelines given by them or they just carry on, leaving you behind! But, recommended highly for the value for money experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd booked the Paris day trip with Govinda after reading reasonable reviews about them but my opinion completely changed after I experienced it first hand :(. From the start of the tour till the end, there was stench emanating from the toilet. The toilet is used so frequently that every time someone opens/ closes the door, we all had to hold our breath :(. Unfortunately, I was given a seat right in front of the toilet. The tour guide realized and acknowledged about the bad smell ONLY after we were almost back in Netherlands :(. I wonder how such an established tour agency can have an ill managed bus. I will never travel via this tour again due to my disappointing experience.
