De artsen zijn elke keer tenminste 40 minuten laat. Niet normaal. Ook zijn ze niet geΓ―nteresseerd in de patiΓ«nt.
The doctors are at least 40 minutes late each time. Not normal. They are also not interested in the patient.

Hele aardige zorgverleners die mij in het verleden erg serieus hebben genomen. De wachttijden zijn soms erg lang, het is dus de moeite waard extra tijd in te plannen. De kwaliteit zorg is een grote pluspunt.
Very nice care providers who have taken me very seriously in the past. The waiting times are sometimes very long, so it is worth planning extra time. The quality of care is a big plus.

I really can't compare with other practices, as I have been only in a couple of other places but for a single visit. It's new and they keep renovating, there is more than one doctor (only females in the staff right now, if that matters to anyone) to choose from, but in terms of communication with non-Dutch patients I would advise explaining your needs clearly, ask as many questions, especially if you come from a different healthcare system and have expectations, or you will be disappointed easily. The staff at the reception is the most important and useful, really. They do a great job listening, advising and optimizing your time and theirs. The place is welcoming also for kids. Training doctors are usually also very attentive.
