B	Bucko Bucks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good hotel with good rooms and showers. Would be 4 star but English TV channels had problem with reception. Not much around but still great value.
J	Juli A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a very bad service. We arrived at short bevor 11 pm. The Hotel cancelled the reservation. The person who's supposed to help can't reach someone in charge to get you to information about what to do about the situation or anything at all. Even after more than one hour of waiting we still didn’t have a solution. So were still waiting to find a place to sleep. They don't even have a restroom for customers waiting for their room. We had to find us a new room, an hour car ride away, cause everything was booked. I’m very disappointed in the hotel and it's system.

Cost was very good. La Place restaurant was not very good for various reasons BUT they are nothing to do with Gr8 hotel.

K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very fancy. I loved the breakfast, it was super fresh! The rooms were overall very clean - however, there was underwear from a previous hotel guest under the mattress. A hygiene issue that could be improved in the future ?

It would be great to have the possibility to move the television and allow people to watch it from the sofa or the bed, it's a small investment that will make the room even more comfortable

The beds were a bit uncomfortable in that they would slide off the sides of you moved too much while sleeping. However, I was in one of the cheaper rooms, so that might be different at a higher scale.
