This place is the real deal. Flakey, crispy, crunch exterior with a moist, soft airy interior. You won’t beat this in Amsterdam.

Best croissants in all of Amsterdam -- it's not even close... Maybe even better than most in France. The crispy sugary crust of the pain au chocolat is unbelievable. Recommended for everyone!!

Incredibly tasty and super friendly service. The order online and pickup process is very easy. If you're hosting or going somewhere these are great treats, everyone loves them and they’re possibly the best in Amsterdam (also on the pricey end though).

Update 05012022 Lovely product,, there has been none for me in Amsterdam who makes such delicate creations but GRAMMES definitely won over my heart! It would be great to see them expand with their bakery throughout NL. The savory pastries are so yummy too, would love to see that more often maybe on the website? Awesome french bakery! The first time I tried their viennoiserie I was SOLD. Very crispy layer and buttery goodness. The chocolate croissant is recommended! as it gooes out but in overall everything tastes delicious! Still waiting for them to open everyday instead of just two days in a week.

Great viennoisserie in Amsterdam. High quality, super fresh and great ingredients. I can only recommend going here - pastry is really good and delicious. We personally loved the kouign amann as our favorite. The madeleines were a tad too sweet for us, but delicious as well. Do mind: they are only open on Wednesday and Saturday and have some peculiarities regarding ordering. Pe prepared to stand in line a bit. Once you’ve got it, you’ll be happy though.

Next level bakery. Although the words 'next level' does not quite subscribe this bakery. It's back to how we use to eat bread. The croissants are next level, real french and even in France you'll not always get them like this. A piece of Art in bread. Actually applies to the entire range. Open only a few days a week and ordering (bread) is a must. Top 5 bakeries for me in Amsterdam ...

The place to go for delicious viennoiseries in Amsterdam. Everything I tried was amazing, the only bad thing is that they are not open everday. It was hard to chose but in the end what I got: -Kouign Amann: Still cannot believe I could find a proper Kouign Amann in the Netherlands. Perfectly caramelized outside, buttery inside. Maybe even more perfect if it was more buttery -Special Almond Croissant: A cross between pain au chocolat and croissant aux amandes, combination that works. Totally recommended, make sure you get this if it’s in the menu Will come back to try other things especially the laminated brioche, it looks so beautiful and interesting!

Good pastry with some societal croissants you won’t find in Amsterdam that easily. The almond croissant was good, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Love the vanilla almond cream. The chocolate croissant with chocolate crémeux inside has a well balanced sugar level. But the expectations I had was to have a more strong chocolate flavour. The layered brioche is on the small size for the price that you pay. It is a nice blend of a croissant and a brioche. I don’t know if you can buy them fresh and warm, but since I ordered them online I was missing the sense of wholesomeness that a warm croissant brings to the table. The croissants were a little too sweet in my opinion, but they are great with some black coffee
