L	Leroy Van Riet! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een heerlijke Moscow Mule en een Mojito a la Flipje heerlijk gelunched. Echt een enorme aanrader!! After a delicious Moscow Mule and a Mojito a la Flipje, we had a delicious lunch. Really a huge recommendation!!

Glaasje baileys werd geschonken in een groot glas, maar zat er maar 3,5cl in. Echt een lachertje voor dat bedrag! Ook kregen we achteraf te horen dat er alleen met pin betaald kon worden. We hadden alleen cash mee. Gelukkig hadden ze uit eigen zak gewisseld en was het opgelost. Maar dit hadden ze van te voren moeten melden. Wij komen niet meer terug. The quality was fantastic. The amount served (alcohol) was shockingly small. Glass of baileys was served in a large glass, but it only contained 3.5cl. Really a joke for that amount! We were also told afterwards that payment could only be made with pin. We only had cash with us. Luckily they had switched out of pocket and it was resolved. But they should have reported this in advance. We won't be back.

S	Sherlock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met z’n tweetjes gedineerd in het weekend. Het is en blijft een prachtige lokatie daar aan de Waal. Bij de ontvangst zou het prettig zijn als de gast gevraagd zou worden of ze de jas eventueel op zouden willen laten hangen. Vooraf de bloemkool soep met parmezaan en de samosa. De soep was helaas matig, niet veel smaak en had wat meer gebonden kunnen zijn. De samosa’s zaten in een leuk mandje gepresenteerd. Waren helaas weinig gevuld en echt iets te lang gefrituurd. De vegan burger als hoofdgerecht was smakelijk en royaal. Ook de tong was prima, goed idee dat men kan kiezen uit 1 of 2 stuks per persoon. De rustieke (ongeschilde) frietjes en de salade waren ook prima. Helaas was onze bestelling niet goed doorgekomen en moesten we wel heel lang wachten, kan gebeuren. Wat opviel was dat niemand van de bediening een mondkapje droeg. Volgens mij is dat thans nog steeds verplicht binnen in de horeca? Dinner with the two of you on the weekend. It is and remains a beautiful location there on the Waal. At the reception it would be nice if the guest would be asked if they would like to hang the coat. Start with the cauliflower soup with parmesan and the samosa. The soup was unfortunately mediocre, not much flavor and could have been a bit more tied. The samosas were presented in a nice basket. Were unfortunately little filled and really fried a little too long. The vegan burger as a main course was tasty and generous. The sole was also fine, good idea that you can choose from 1 or 2 pieces per person. The rustic (unpeeled) fries and the salad were fine too. Unfortunately, our order did not go through and we had to wait a long time, can happen. What was striking was that no one from the service was wearing a mouth cap. I think that is still mandatory in the hospitality industry?
