Echter hebben ze een balkonhek verwijderd, die hergebruikt kon worden (dat was hun eigen uitspraak trouwens). Hierdoor zijn extra kosten van rond € 1500 ontstaan, die wij nu moeten dragen.
Van hun kant geen enkele medewerking hierin, want volgens hun "hebben alle buren wel een nieuw hek gekregen" of was er "één poot verrot". Allemaal leuk natuurlijk, maar gewoon heel erg onprofessioneel. Er valt ook niks te communiceren met hun hierover, dus wat mij betreft echt een rare manier van zaken doen. Ik zou ze zeker niet aanbevelen.
They performed the work for which they were hired neatly.
However, they removed a balcony fence that could be reused (that was their own statement by the way). This has resulted in additional costs of around € 1500, which we now have to bear.
For their part no cooperation in this, because according to them "all neighbors got a new fence" or "one leg was rotten". All nice of course, but just very unprofessional. There is also nothing to communicate with them about this, so I think it's a really weird way of doing business. I certainly wouldn't recommend them.
